• All information collected by Brisbane Swingers remains totally confidential and is not sold or rented to any other organisation for the purposes of advertising.
• Any incorrectly categorised ads will be deleted. eg. If you are a Single Male seeking a Single female, then please advertise in the Guys Looking for Ladies section NOT Ladies Looking for Guys.
• AOL users PLEASE NOTE Our Classifieds Section is NOT compatible with AOL. Please utilise a hotmail address to ensure that you are receiving your replies.
• HOTMAIL USERS Do not put a ".au" at the end of your email address. If your email address is joebloggs@hotmail.com do not put an .au at the end as you will not receive any replies and your ad will be deleted. Hotmail user and web based email systems may find replies and activations go to there JUNK Mail folder this is depending on there filter system they have in place 
• Do not put a false email or contact details or your ad will be deleted * Do not place ads on behalf of other people.
• Any business or person advertising for financial gain in X or R Rated Business Advertisements, will incur a $30 advertising fee per month. Before placing your business advertisement please email us at support@brisbaneswingers.com with your details and we will contact you.
• Any person advertising in parties and events, will incur a $20.00 advertising fee per week. Before placing your  advertisement please email us at support@brisbaneswingers.com with your details and we will contact you.
• Brisbane Swingers reserves the right to remove any add deemed to be in conflict with the laws of states and territories of Australia 
• Any Advertisement containing solicitation with be removed from our website and details forwarded on to the relevant authorities for there determination and information (please forward us if you have been approached by any persons/persons asking for money for services)
