You agree in submitting any material to us, that you grant to us a royalty free, perpetual, world-wide license to view, assess, edit, on-forward, store, delete, use, modify or publish the material on this site or any related site or equipment operated by us and remove any material submitted by you from publication on this site as we may determine. You also agree to grant us a license to use, adapt and modify any comments included with any graphical or other materials submitted by you.

11. You agree that we may at our discretion and without any further consultation or permission from you, do all or any of the things stated above.
